Our Story

Born from Culture. 

Jáde was born from a shared vision between sisters and a love for the culture, craftsmanship and beauty of our Nigerian heritage.

Growing up, we understood the joy of dressing up and stepping out. From the richness of traditional fabrics to the elegance of African fashion, there has always been something special about carrying a piece of home with us.

But we asked ourselves: why should celebrating our heritage be reserved for special occasions?

Why couldn't the same beautiful fabrics we treasure at weddings and celebrations find their place in our everyday wardrobes? At brunch with friends, over dinner, on a day out in the city, or even in the workplace?

We wanted to take the spirit of going out out and bring it into the everyday. To create pieces that feel just as at home in a boardroom as they do at a celebration.

And so, Jáde was born.
